Brunch in the FRIZ Lounge

On select Sundays from 10 am – reservation required

Our apartments are designed for self-catering.
Not in the mood to walk to the bakery in the morning? On select Sundays we host a freshly prepared brunch buffet in our FRIZ Lounge.

But be warned – this is not your typical hotel breakfast with standard cold cuts. Instead, expect a surprising mix of freshly prepared, regional and homemade specialties.

Among others you might find:
sourdough bread with homemade organic jams from the region, Dutch Gouda served from the wheel, homemade muesli with fresh fruit, chicken tandoori, Thai tuna salad, samosas, homemade spreads, orange juice and other delicious treats.

June 2026: 14, 21

Reservation required (at least 48 hours in advance).
€35 per person, including coffee drinks from our FAEMA E61 espresso machine.

Open to non-hotel guests as well.
